Ben Stuecher, originally from Kentucky and raised in Clearwater, Florida, joined US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) as the Director of Strategic Operations in November 2022. His path to USFCR was driven by a desire to engage in a role that offered both diversity and the opportunity for professional growth.
With a rich background in project management and process improvement for Fortune 100 companies, as well as experience in designing industrial kitchens for major theme parks and government buildings, Ben brings a wealth of strategic expertise to USFCR. His educational credentials in Healthcare/Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, and Art, coupled with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), Change Management, and Marketing, further enhance his multifaceted approach to strategic operations.
Outside work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and supporting his favorite sports teams, the University of Kentucky Basketball and Tampa Bay Lightning hockey. These hobbies reflect the same precision and commitment he demonstrates professionally.
