Isaiah Haddon joined US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) in June 2024 as a Strategic Development Specialist, where he plays a vital role in helping organizations achieve their federal funding objectives. In his role, Isaiah focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of government contracting and developing impactful strategies that align with clients' unique goals in both grants and federal contracting.
Isaiah’s expertise is rooted in mental health support, youth intervention, and cultural development, which inform his grant writing and strategic planning skills. Before joining USFCR, Isaiah worked as a Youth Peer Support Specialist, providing critical support and intervention to youth and families in crisis. This experience gave him invaluable insight into collaborative work with state and local agencies. His understanding of social determinants of health and his dedication to community-driven funding make him uniquely equipped to support clients at USFCR.
Outside of his professional role, Isaiah is deeply committed to the arts. He has a passion for music and art, which he pursues through performing with a local band and organizing music events. As a board member of the Hernando Fine Arts Council, Isaiah actively engages in grant writing and awards, witnessing firsthand the impact that arts funding can bring to his community.
