Daniel Cavins joined US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) in March of 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping organizations thrive. Originally from Metro Detroit, Daniel moved to Tallahassee in 2018 to attend Florida State University College of Law.


Daniel enjoys playing pick-up basketball, exploring local trails, and traveling in Florida. Before USFCR, he worked as a Legislative Aide for a Michigan State Senator and in private law firms, focusing on litigation strategy and drafting pleadings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Central Michigan University and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law.

Drawn to USFCR's positive work environment, Daniel values its blend of professionalism and empathy. In college, Dan co-founded a 501(c)(3) organization, which sparked his interest in pursuing a career in community advocacy.

Specializing in analysis and writing, Daniel excels at making complex information clear and concise. His most rewarding experiences come from positive client feedback, motivating him to continue making a difference.
