Kyle Hayes joined US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) in June 2024, bringing a strong passion for helping small businesses succeed. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership with a focus on Small Business Entrepreneurship.
Before joining USFCR, Kyle gained diverse experience working as a food runner at an assisted living facility and later making and selling artisanal smoked fish spread. Drawn to USFCR through connections with several employees and the company's mission that aligns with his academic background, Kyle is dedicated to applying his knowledge of small business management to the government contracting industry.
He specializes in creating Online Capabilities Statements for clients in the SAP program, assisting small businesses entering government contracting for the first time. His most significant accomplishment has been improving processes within the SAP department, including implementing new training schedules to enhance efficiency and impact for clients.
Born in Florida as the first member of his family outside of Long Island, NY, Kyle enjoys traveling with his girlfriend, attending local events, hanging out with his lifelong friends, and engaging in Dungeons & Dragons and gaming in his free time.
