Nicole Lusardi joined USFCR as a Case Manager in June 2024. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping businesses succeed, Nicole brings valuable experience to her role. Prior to joining USFCR, she worked as a kindergarten teacher and at a rejuvenation spa, honing her skills in client relations and care.
A licensed esthetician, Nicole holds certifications in first aid, CPR, and has a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Drawn to USFCR for its fast-paced and supportive environment, she is dedicated to making the federal registration process as stress-free as possible for clients. Nicole finds great satisfaction in assisting businesses through the registration process, guiding them with professionalism and efficiency.
Her forte lies in customer service, where she strives to be helpful, respectful, and professional. Nicole's commitment to client satisfaction has been recognized through positive feedback, motivating her to continue delivering exceptional service.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Nicole moved to Florida at the age of 16 due to her mother's job opportunity. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, and doing makeup for weddings, proms, and special events. Grateful for the opportunities and support at USFCR, Nicole is excited to continue growing and contributing to the company's success.
